Her clientele includes professionals, celebs from film and fashion fraternity, doctors, socialites and housewives. Kashish believes there is no magic shortcut to weight loss. Kashish's Diet Tips

• Do not fear food and starve, just create a positive attitude towards it.
• Hydrate well (2 to 2-1/2 litres per day) especially before meals to fill up.
• Eat clean, add more fibre through veggies and reduce intake of salt and refined sugar.
• Brush immediately post meals to avoid sugar cravings.
• Chew food longer, And eat only till you are 80% full.
• Eat mini meals every 2-3 hours.
